Around 180 dancers of all ages, from 4 years to 50 plus, will be performing at the Teatre Principal in Maó on Saturday (2100 hrs.) and Sunday (1900 hrs.) to raise money for the local charity ASINPROS.
Now an annual event, Ute Dahl's Night of Dance always proves popular, not only with the families of the performers but also with members of the general public. Tickets are now on sale at the Teatre Principal and range in price from 8 to 20 euros.
The first half of the show will see 120 dancers on stage for a classical ballet performance to Bizet's "Symphony in C".
The second half is entitled "Backstage" and introduces a theatre workshop, with singing, acting and dancing (flamenco, tap dance and musical hip hop), organised by Ute's daughter Janine Dahl.
